Prices shown online are estimates based on the options you select and are confirmed when we review your order. Custom or unusual jobs may be quoted separately. An order is accepted once we confirm it by email.

We do not collect payment online. A 50% deposit is required to begin production and the balance is due on pickup. Work does not begin until the deposit is received.

You are responsible for the content of your artwork, including spelling, layout, and that you have the right to print any logos, images, or text you supply. We may provide a proof for approval; once you approve a proof, you are responsible for any errors it contained.

Files you upload are used solely to produce your order. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle them.

Typical turnaround is 3–5 business days after artwork approval and deposit. Rush options may be available for an additional fee. Turnaround estimates are not guarantees and may vary with volume and materials.

Printed colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen, and between print runs, due to the nature of printing processes and materials. Minor variation is not considered a defect.

Because jobs are produced to order, an order cannot be cancelled once production has begun, and deposits on started jobs are non-refundable. If we make an error in production, we will reprint the affected items.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
